Schwangerschaft, im Wochenbett und dar\u00fcber hinaus \u2013 alles, was der (werdenden) Mutter gut tut: Dasein, Zuh\u00f6ren, Massagen, Hilfe im Alltag (Haushalt, n\u00e4hrendes Kochen), die Mutter bemuttern, um die Geschwisterkinder k\u00fcmmern sowie Verarbeitung von Erlebtem \u2013 rundum, ganz nach dem, was du brauchst und dir w\u00fcnschst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00fctterpflege ist f\u00fcr mich vor allem eins: ein leiser, st\u00fctzender Halt in einer Zeit, in der sich oft nichts mehr wie vorher anf\u00fchlt \u2013 ein Umbruch, wenn aus Paaren Eltern werden und die Familie geboren wird oder w\u00e4chst. Zwischen liebevoller F\u00fcrsorge und Pr\u00e4vention geht es dabei um achtsame Unterst\u00fctzung, die dich im h\u00e4uslichen Umfeld und im Alltag entlastet \u2013 besonders in der Schwangerschaft und im Wochenbett.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vielleicht kennst du das: voller Hoffnung oder auch einfach gl\u00fccklich \u2013 und gleichzeitig m\u00fcde, angespannt, \u00fcberfordert. Der Alltag l\u00e4uft weiter, 100 Entscheidungen m\u00fcssen getroffen werden, Fragen tauchen auf, Unsicherheiten und manchmal Angst oder Sorge kommen dazu \u2013 oder es geht dir einfach wirklich nicht gut. Genau hier setzt M\u00fctterpflege an: damit du nicht nur funktionierst, sondern in dein Mutter-Sein hineinwachsen kannst. Damit ihr als Familie in dieser besonderen, hochsensiblen Zeit bestm\u00f6glich miteinander ankommen k\u00f6nnt und alle ihren Platz finden!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00fctterpflege bedeutet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Emotionale, pers\u00f6nliche Begleitung: wertfrei zuh\u00f6ren, einen sicheren Raum schaffen \u2013 ohne Bewertung.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Praktische Unterst\u00fctzung: Routinen entwickeln, Termine begleiten, nahrhafte Mahlzeiten kochen, bei \u00c4mtern\/Krankenkasse helfen, auch bei Fragen rund um S\u00e4uglingspflege oder Kinderbetreuung.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>K\u00f6rperliche Entlastung: kleine Dinge abnehmen, die viel Energie kosten: einkaufen, Haushaltst\u00e4tigkeiten \u00fcbernehmen, Entlastung bei Kita-\/Schul-Hol- und Bringdiensten \u2013 damit Freir\u00e4ume und Zeitinseln entstehen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ich begleite dich ganzheitlich und liebevoll \u2013 k\u00f6rperlich, psychisch und seelisch. Erfahrungen zeigen: schnellere Regeneration und Entlastung, auch bei Wundschmerz, Geburtsverletzungen oder nach einer Sectio; Pr\u00e4vention von Wochenbettdepression, PTBS und \u00dcberlastung; \u00c4ngste werden abgebaut; mehr Sicherheit im Alltag. Auf Wunsch unterst\u00fctzt durch mein Netzwerk \u2013 erg\u00e4nzt durch Geborgenheit, Wertsch\u00e4tzung und Begleitung auf allen Ebenen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die ganze Familie profitiert: Dein Kind bekommt mehr Ruhe und Zeit f\u00fcrs Bonding, Geschwister erhalten stabilere Betreuung und emotionalen R\u00fcckhalt. Haushalt und Alltag laufen oft wieder nahtloser \u2013 entlastend f\u00fcr dich, Partner*in und Umfeld.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die M\u00fctterpflege wird meist nicht als eigenst\u00e4ndige Leistung gef\u00fchrt, sondern h\u00e4ufig \u00fcber die Haushaltshilfe der Krankenkasse \u2013 und muss beantragt werden; dabei helfe ich dir gern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00fctterpflege ist damit mehr als Hilfe im Haushalt: ein Schutzraum f\u00fcr deine psychische und k\u00f6rperliche Gesundheit, eine St\u00fctze f\u00fcr Stabilit\u00e4t
